Gynecological Examination

A Gynecological examination not only rules out any early vaginal or cervical infections, but also detects any early uterine fibroids or ovarian pathology & provides advice on:

• Contraception
• Menopausalsymptoms
• Menstrual disorders & Self breast evaluation

A Pap smear test is done for cervical pathology e.g. cancer. Women aged 35 years and above should have this test done annually by a Gynecologist.
